A Description of Our Quality Assurance Program:

Individual staff and managers are assigned specific responsibilities to manage performance and are required to report via regularly scheduled meetings and project reports. These reviews are tied to performance requirements, surveillance methods, and acceptable quality levels set forth in the contract award or Quality Control Plan for each project. Formal reviews of departmental, team or individual performance targets are conducted against various measurable criteria including (but not limited to): accuracy, clarity, consistency, timeliness, and appropriate format. The internal review process identifies training, development and reward outcomes. The entire process is reviewed in a continuous improvement cycle and documented as part of the Quality Management System.

Program/Project Managers will review (or supervise the production of) project deliverables for completeness and conformity with the Acceptable Quality Level set out in the contract or the project Quality Control Plan. The Director of Contracts & Corporate Finance reviews performance requirements for invoices to ensure they are compliant with contract procedures and deliverables are within contract time-frames. The Quality Manager performs internal audits to verify that projects are being managed in accordance with the requirements of the CJSeto Quality Management System. The Quality Manager documents nonconformity and supervises the corrective action process until the quality issue is resolved.
