Safety and Health Program Management and Compliance Support

CJSeto provides a broad spectrum of support services including:

• developing, implementing and managing our client’s Corporate Safety and Health documentation and plans, such as, but not limited to:
  • Injury and Illness Prevention,
  • Respiratory Protection,
  • Electrical Safety,
  • Fall Protection, and
  • Ergonomics;
• conducting Respirator Fit Tests;
• conducting Hazard Assessments and comprehensive IH surveys to identify and correct high-risk hazards to avoid workforce injuries;
• conducting indoor air quality sampling/testing;
• inspecting and auditing employee training records related to hazard communication, chemical hygiene, lab safety, and hazardous materials handling;
• providing OSHA-compliant employee safety training (not limited to the following):
  • Hazardous Waste Operator and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER)
  • Hazard Communication (HAZCOM)
  • Respiratory Protection
• reviewing construction design specifications for new processes or materials that pose a health risk to employees and determine controls, if needed.

Chemical Inventory Management

CJSeto offers services that allow clients to track chemicals by:  chemical name; product name; Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number; location; container number; quantity; shelf life; Safety Data Sheet (SDS) availability; and other field choices requested by the client.  This system uses barcode technology and is available either as a stand-alone database, or can be web-based for remote access and updating.  This inventory management system promotes appropriate chemical management, reduces chemical purchase and inventory, and minimizes disposal of outdated chemicals.
